By accessing this website and utilizing our video production services, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Service.
AAP Video Productions, LLC provides video production services including but not limited to filming, editing, post-production, and related deliverables. Specific scope, fees, and timelines will be established in a separate proposal or contract signed by the client.
Payments for services are due as agreed in the service contract. AAP Video Productions, LLC reserves the right to suspend work if payments are not made on time. Refunds are not typically provided for work already completed, including completed shoot days, licensed assets, and delivered edits, given the labor-intensive nature of production services.
The client retains ownership of materials they provide to AAP Video Productions, LLC. Upon full payment as specified in your agreement, rights to the finished video deliverables are granted as stated in that agreement (including any limitations on raw footage or third-party licensed content).
In no event shall AAP Video Productions, LLC or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the services, except where prohibited by law.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AAP Video Productions, LLC operates, unless otherwise specified in writing.
